Denplan is proud to have achieved 62nd place in the prestigious Sunday Times ‘100 Best Companies to Work For’ awards. Denplan also scored highly for quality of leadership, gaining a creditable 6th place. This is the biggest and most comprehensive survey of the British workplace ever undertaken and is recognized as the benchmark for research into employee satisfaction.

The award scheme is open to all companies in the UK employing more than 250 people and is designed to distinguish between "the good and the most outstanding companies". Denplan’s inclusion at number 62 in the list confirms its dedication to employees, and consequently to providing the highest quality of service to member dentists and patients.

The awards receive hundreds of nominations each year and competition is fierce. The assessments are based on information provided by both the company and its employees – including an employee questionnaire – and cover a range of areas including reward & recognition and work-life balance.
