What is Online Patient Application and what does it do for me?
Our web-based Online Patient Application service allows you
to register patients onto Denplan Products online, and in practice, rather
than having to complete the usual paper application form.

What are the Benefits of Online Patient Application?

Online Patient Application links directly to Denplan’s administration systems, allowing us to set up the patient’s direct debit arrangement more quickly and can mean less waiting time for their initial payment. |

By entering a house number or name and a postcode, Online Patient Application searches the Royal Mail address database to ensure we have the correct address every time. |

Bank details checking |
Online Patient Application validates the patient’s bank details, reducing the number of unpaid payments due to incorrect details. |

Allows you to add new patients to existing payment groups. |

You can now use OPA to register children on the Plans for Children product. Please contact your Practice Support Advisor to ensure your discounts for Plans for Children are set correctly. |
